The cheapest machine that meets the spec is usually the right one, but only once someone has established what the spec actually is. A design workstation, a back-office desktop and a laptop that lives in a car are three different purchases. Buying one model for all three wastes money in both directions, because underpowered machines get replaced early and overpowered ones never earn the difference.
So we start with what the machine is for, how long it needs to last, and whether it travels. Then we quote against that.
What we supply
- Branded laptops and desktops. HP, Dell and Lenovo business ranges, with manufacturer warranty and on-site options where downtime matters.
- Assembled computers. Built to a specification you approve, for when a branded configuration is the wrong shape or the wrong price for the job.
- Components and upgrades. RAM, SSDs and hard disks, motherboards, cabinets and SMPS. An upgrade often buys two more years for a fraction of a replacement.
Buying in volume
For a floor of machines or a phased refresh we quote the whole programme rather than each box: a standard build, a spare-parts holding, and a replacement schedule you can budget against. Machines can arrive configured, imaged and joined to your domain, so they are handed out rather than set up.
Support after the sale
Warranty claims come through us, so you do not chase a manufacturer call centre. And because we are already on your site for the CCTV, access control or network, a failed machine is usually a visit we are making anyway. That is the practical argument for buying hardware from your systems integrator: one number, one accountable team.
Machines are often specified alongside the UPS and power backup that keeps them alive through a cut, so the runtime actually matches the load.
